Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will assist with various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, in both English and French. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process, supporting the HR team and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews in both English and French.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide support with employee relations, including answering HR-related inquiries and assisting with employee communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide translation services for HR-related documents and communications as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
