Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, creating detailed reports, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. This position involves working closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business strategy.
Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure accurate reporting.
Conduct financial performance reviews and provide insights to senior management.
Support cost analysis, margin reviews, and profitability assessments.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of financial reporting systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
